Terms of Sale

You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. A contract for purchase is not formed until your payment has been approved and received by us.

Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to refuse to fulfil orders based on incorrect pricing, shipping, or payment information, including in the event of website maintenance, updates, or security issues.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason and will contact you if any part of your order is cancelled or modified. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days, per our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

Orders may be cancelled by you the same day they are placed (before midnight); we are unable to cancel orders after that point. In the case of a same-day cancellation, or a duplicate/erroneous transaction, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it may only be exchanged (per our Return & Exchange Policy) and cannot be cancelled for a refund.

Fraudulent or Declined Transactions

We monitor accounts to prevent fraudulent activity. Users found to be using multiple accounts or availing our services fraudulently may be liable for legal action under applicable law, and we reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and legal fees from anyone using the site fraudulently. In the event of detected fraud or a declined transaction, we may, prior to initiating legal action, delete the associated account and cancel all past and pending orders without liability, regardless of prior account history. We bear no liability for refunds in such cases.

Payment Details

You confirm that any payment details you provide are accurate and belong to you — payment methods must be used only by their lawful owner. We will not share your payment information with third parties except as required for fraud verification or by law, regulation, or court order. We are not liable for fraudulent use of a payment method by someone other than its rightful owner; in such cases, the responsibility for proving otherwise lies with the account holder.
