Shipping Policy

For Indian orders, shipping costs and applicable taxes are included in the product price.

Shipping time depends on the product ordered. Estimated delivery is 4-12 business days from the date of dispatch for domestic and international orders respectively. Additional import duties, customs charges, and local sales tax may apply to international orders and are the customer's responsibility.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Estimated delivery times are a guide only and begin from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, and all orders require a signature upon receipt.

Hue N Bae will notify you promptly if there is a delivery issue. If we need to withdraw or cancel your order, you will be reimbursed the affected payment promptly, in line with our Refund / Cancellation Policy. Hue N Bae reserves the right to make partial deliveries where necessary.
