Refund / Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, here is how it works.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of cost any time before midnight on the day you placed them. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Getting Your Money Back

Once your cancellation is confirmed, the amount charged will be refunded via your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Write to care@huenbae.com with your order number, and our team will process your request.
